Where to find the downloaded file

Download instructions

Use the following instructions to locate the files downloaded to your computer

Internet Explorer

Click on the gear icon  IE_icon_support at the top right of the browser
Select [View Downloads] from the menu.
Select [Location] next to the download
The folder containing the download is opened.

Google Chrome

Click on the three small horizontal lines chrome_icon support on the right side of the address bar
Select [Download] from the menu.
Select the [Open downloads folder] link on the right side of the page.
The folder containing the download is opened.

Mozilla Firefox

Click on the downward-pointing arrow  firefox_icon1 support at the top right of the browser
Users Windows: click on the small folder image  firefox_icon2 supportnext to the download
Users Mac: click on the small magnifying glass icon firefox_icon3 support next to the download
The folder containing the download is opened.

Safari

Users Mac: click on the down arrow safari_icon1_support at the top right of the browser
Users Windows: click on the gear safari_icon2 support at the top right of the browser
Click on the small magnifying glass icon safari_icon3 support next to the download
The folder containing the download is opened.
