1. Does NextCar replace Audatex?

No. Audatex remains the vertical tool for appraisals/estimates. NextCar complements it and can be integrated to transform accepted estimates into work orders complete with activities and tracking.

2. Can I issue invoices with NextCar?

Yes, QR invoices, payment registration, and bank reconciliation. For extended accounting, it can be integrated with the company management system.

3. Does it manage vacations and attendance?

Work clocking in and out is handled in NextCar; HR vacation/leave management is handled by TotalPass, which can be integrated and viewed in the calendar.

4. How many licenses are required?

Administrative users require a license. Workers (whiteboard/badge) and courtesy cars do not require one.

5. Does it need to be installed?

No, it's cloud-based. Accessible from a browser, updates included.

6. Is it also suitable for garages?

Yes. The structure for orders, timing, planning, and communications is the same.

7. How long does it take to get going?

It depends on size and current flows. Typically: setup, minimum imports, and training, with guided onboarding.

9. Can I send targeted newsletters (e.g., post-hailstorm)?
